PLAINVIEW BASKETBALL CLUB
Our programs emphasize fundamental skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and positive participation in a fun and rewarding youth basketball experience where young players can create a bond with the game while learning what it takes to be successful away from the court.
Our basketball program is a teaching one. Our first objective is to teach the basic
FUN-DA-MENTALS of the game of Basketball. The games, drills and competitions are used to reinforce these fundamentals.
We accept boys and girls Pre- K to 10th grade. Priority is given to Plainview Old Bethpage residents. ( If there is demand we may open other grades too).
Boys and Girls may practice separately starting 3rd grade.
The Mini Program runs for 5 weeks.

THE PLAYERS WILL WORK ON BASIC SKILL DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING : SHOOTING, BALL HANDLING, PASSING, DRIBBLING, REBOUNDING and FOOTWORK
EMPHASIS WILL BE PLACED ON TEAMWORK, SPORTMANSHIP AND POSITIVE PARTICIPATION IN A FUN AND REWARDING MANNER.
